Spencer began his career with the Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, prosecuting criminal cases and actively trying a wide range of matters.

Spencer Langley
Spencer Langley represents clients in consequential injury, criminal, and business matters. After law school, he returned to the Upstate and served in the Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, prosecuting criminal cases and building substantial courtroom experience.
In private practice, he has handled criminal defense, personal injury, workers’ compensation, contracts, business disputes, and proceedings before South Carolina courts and state and federal agencies.
That range gives him a practical view of how matters are built, where leverage exists, and which decisions matter most. Clients work directly with Spencer from strategy through resolution.
